Terms and conditions

• Form Submission: All guest list registrations must be submitted manually through our website. Each group must submit one form per party leader.
• Submission Deadline: Forms must be completed and submitted no later than 8:00 PM on the event date.
• Arrival Time: Groups must arrive at the venue by 11:00 PM to secure free entry. Late arrivals may forfeit their reservation and may be subject to cover charges or ticket fees.
• Accuracy of Information: The party leader is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration. Any discrepancies may result in denied entry.

• Party Leader: To register as a party leader for Boston After Dark events, you must be at least 21 years of age, unless explicitly stated in the event description that it is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
• Guests: All guests attending events under a registered party leader must also meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years, unless otherwise stated in the event description. Proper identification will be required at the venue.
• Misrepresentation: Any misrepresentation of age or use of false identification will result in immediate disqualification from the guest list and may be reported to the venue.

• Behavior: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue rules. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
• Compliance with Venue Policies: Guests must adhere to all venue-specific rules, including dress codes, prohibited items, and age verification policies.

• Right to Modify: Boston After Dark reserves the right to modify or cancel events at our discretion. Registered guests will be notified via email or SMS of any changes.
• Force Majeure: Boston After Dark is not liable for event cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, venue closures, or acts of nature.

By attending Boston After Dark events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any promotional materials, please notify us in advance or inform the photographer on-site.

• Assumption of Risk: Attending nightlife events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to crowded spaces and loud music. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
• Release of Liability: Boston After Dark, its affiliates, and venue partners are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at events.

• Non-Transferable: Guest list privileges are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared without prior approval.
• Discretionary Admission: Venue staff reserve the right to refuse admission at their sole discretion, even if you are on the guest list.

The following items are strictly prohibited at all events:

• Weapons of any kind
• Illegal substances
• Outside food or beverages
• Large bags or backpacks (unless otherwise specified by the venue)

By registering for Boston After Dark events, you agree to receive SMS text messages related to your event registration, updates, and promotional offers. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or by contacting us directly.

• Manual Submission Only: The use of automated bots, scripts, or any other software to complete registration forms is strictly prohibited.
• Enforcement: Any attempts to use automated tools will result in the immediate disqualification of the party leader’s registration and potential legal action. We reserve the right to monitor submissions for compliance.

Boston After Dark is an independent entity and is not affiliated with any of the venues for which users provide guest list registration. Venues retain the right to enforce their own policies, including admission rules and age restrictions, at their discretion. Any disputes or issues related to venue-specific policies must be addressed directly with the venue.

By registering as a party leader and participating in Boston After Dark events, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Boston After Dark reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
